Q1:  How to enable sorting in a custom query-based report in Prolaborate?

Answer

Disable the MDG Based Report toggle in the report widget to enable sorting in custom query-based reports in Prolaborate.



Q2:  I'm experiencing issues with downloading my report. The downloaded file only contains a limited number of elements. How can I resolve this?

Answer

If your downloaded report file contains only a limited number of elements, it might be due to the configuration settings of the report widget. Follow these steps to potentially resolve the issue:

1. Check Report Creation Method: Determine if the report was created using a design configuration or a query. This affects how many rows can be downloaded.

2. Disable "MDG Based Report Toggle": If your report was created using a query, try disabling the "mdg based report toggle" in the report widget settings. This action should allow you to download the entire record, regardless of the number of rows displayed.

Q3. Export Reviews as Report 

Description

Ryan reported FedEx and some of the other SSNA customers are requesting for the feature to Export to Reviews and their discussions as a report. This feature was available in ProlaborateV3 but not in the latest versions of V4.

Steps Taken 

1. We checked this feature request and reached out to our Product team for their inputs. 
2. They replied that some of the customers already requested this feature, and it is added to our backlog.  
3. We informed the customer that the future will be included in a future release and created an internal ticket for tracking this feature.

We are pleased to inform you that we have already added the feature to generate a report for the reviews to our backlog. This feature will be included in a future release. We will keep you informed of any progress regarding this feature.

Q4. Reporting and Access to review the EA data for SQL Queries not Prolaborate information?

Description

We have recently started a slow roll out of Prolaborate, and I was hoping to generate some sort of report of the review session.  I see a PDF of discussions can be downloaded, but missed it if there was anything else.
Along the same lines, I was looking at writing a report to hopefully put the review data together myself, but it seems we can only access the EA data for SQL queries, not Prolaborate information.
Is there any way to access, other than directly touching the database, that there is a way to get at that information in Prolaborate (the review data)?

Answer

Regarding the issue of prolaborate being unable to report and access data information this is a Feature alert. We have already added the feature to generate the report for reviews to our backlog. This feature will be implemented in a future release and we will update you of any progress about this feature.
