How to do SharePoint Integration

How to do SharePoint Integration

Prerequisites

1. Enable the "Embedded Share" or “Public share” option from the Repository settings as required.

Public and Private links allow users to share specific pages or diagrams with other users or stakeholders. Please refer the documentation here for more information on Share links.
Let’s have a look at how it works with SharePoint,

1. Copy the Public/Private share link of an element, diagram, dashboard or a widget from Prolaborate.

2. Add it to your SharePoint page as a link.

3. The shared link will be displayed in SharePoint as shown in the below image.

With Public links, no authentication is needed to view the content. Alternatively, if you wish users to authenticate using their Prolaborate credentials before accessing content on the SharePoint page, you can utilize the Private link option.

The embedded share feature in Prolaborate enables seamless integration of diagrams, dashboards, reports, and other content directly into web pages or SharePoint pages. For more details on configuring embed link settings, please refer to the documentation here.

The steps involved in sharing the embed links are as follows,
1. Copy the embed code of a diagram, dashboard, widget or an element from Prolaborate.

           2. Paste this code onto your SharePoint page as an embed code.

3.
          3. The shared content will be displayed in SharePoint as shown below.
