Q2: How to invite existing users via email in Prolaborate
Description
The
customer had enquired about inviting existing users via email in Prolaborate. Troubleshooting
steps
Step 1
To add a user, enter their
username in the field, and a dropdown with their corresponding email ID will
appear. Simply click on the user to include them in the invite list.
For new users, input their email
ID and press enter to add them to the invite list. Existing users are
highlighted in green, while new users are marked in orange in the invite list.
Step 2
Compose your desired message for
the email, then click "Invite" to send out the invitation.
