We understand your query, for your kind information to register any queries or feature request related to Prolaborate please mails us at support@prolaborate.com, and we will reply to you promptly. 

  

If you have reported any bugs/feature requests when it is available in the release we will inform you.

  1. Question: Do I need a Silverlight solution for the Prolaborate application to work properly? As this is an old technology, we plan to uninstall it from Prolaborate and ProCloud application servers 

 

Answer 

Prolaborate is not dependent on Microsoft Silverlight and the Prolaborate is compatible with following modern browsers: 

Chrome 44 or above (recommended) 

Firefox 38 or above 

Safari 9 or above 

Microsoft Edge 75 or above 

A minimum screen resolution of 1280x720 is required for the best use of Prolaborate.
