  1. Question: What should we do if Prolaborate does not show the Machine ID? 

 

Answer 

If Prolaborate does not show the Machine ID, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can be taken: 

  1. Restart the Service and Server: 

Try restarting the Prolaborate service from the Task Manager. If restarting the service does not work, try restarting the server (personal computer). This may help to resolve the issue 

 

  1. Delete and Reinstall Prolaborate: 

If restarting the service and server doesn't work, try delete and reinstall Prolaborate. This may help to resolve the issue. 

 

  1. Fetch the Machine ID Using a CMD: 

If the issue persists, try fetching the machine ID using a CMD. To do this, open the command prompt and type "wmic csproduct get uuid". This should display the machine ID.
