Q1 While using the Prolaborate macro, we do not have good control over it. We have multiple users and repositories, and we are not sure which users have access to which repository. Is there any way that can ensure the security safety?

You can manage multiple users and multiple repositories with Confluence Spaces. Having multiple controlled spaces on Confluence enables you to do this.
There will be only one Macro admin who can add/manage Prolaborate Content on Confluence Spaces however viewers can be restricted from Confluence spaces.
