Reviews in Prolaborate don't begin automatically on the start date
Description:
The review the user made in Prolaborate on January 23, 2024, was supposed to start on January 24, 2024, but it hasn't started yet. To begin the review, we need to edit the review manually for start the review.
Possible reasons:
It is necessary to verify that the time zone configuration for Prolaborate matches that of the application server where Prolaborate is hosted.
Prolaborate Host Server Time Zone:
- Navigate to Settings -> Date and Time.
- Confirm that the time zone selected here matches the Prolaborate time zone.

Prolaborate Application Time Zone:o
- Go to Menu -> General Settings.

- Check the time zone setting within Prolaborate and make sure it aligns with the App server time zone.

User Profile Time Zone:
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner of Prolaborate.
- Select "My Profile" from the dropdown.

- Click on "Edit" in the Personal Details section.

- Verify that the profile time zone matches the app server and Prolaborate time zones.

- Restarting the Prolaborate automation service as it may help in resolving the issues in Prolaborate reviews.
- Open the Task Manager.
- Navigate to the "Services" tab.
- Locate the "Prolaborate Automation Service" in the list.
- Right-click on the service and select "Restart".

- Sometimes, this issue arises when users do not utilize trusted certificates. In such cases, it is necessary to upload the certificate to the certificate manager.


Note: After adding the certificate in the certificate manager, it is necessary to restart both the Prolaborate service and Prolaborate automation.
Workaround:
To address the issue of the Review not automatically starting in Prolaborate, we need to restart the Prolaborate automation and ensure that the SSL certificate used in Prolaborate is trusted.
