Q1: HTTP error 401 and 401.2 - Unauthorized Access
Description
Customer reported that they installed Prolaborate 3.x freshly in their environment and they had encountered the following error.


Enabling the options in IIS to resolve this issue
Possible Reasons
This issue arises when Prolaborate is hosted on IIS. If we do not activate "Forms Authentication" and "Anonymous Authentication" in IIS, it will result in an error in the browser. Therefore, it is necessary to enable these two options in IIS.

Regarding the Prolaborate 401 Unauthorized issue you're facing, We suggest enabling "Forms Authentication" and "Anonymous authentication" in IIS, which should resolve the issue. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open IIS and navigate to the Prolaborate hosted connection.
Step 2: Click on the authentication icon and enable both Forms Authentication and Anonymous Authentication.
Step 3: After enabling these options, restart the Prolaborate server in IIS.
