Troubleshooting - XML/XMI

Q1:Error While adding Diagram image.

Description

Customer reported  error  while add an diagram image.


Possible Reasons

This reported issue may be related to the import of diagram images via XML while copying the diagrams

Troubleshooting steps

 To resolve this issue it required level of database permission particularly with Microsoft SQL Server. 
 We recommended running the Optional Diagram Image Update on your Microsoft SQL Server

Note:

1. This schema update is NOT backwards compatible. After applying it, the model will only be compatible with Enterprise Architect Version 14 and later. We strongly advise updating to Enterprise Architect 14 before proceeding with this script.
2. The schema update requires the repository to be using EASchema1558.
3. If your repository has been upgraded from an earlier schema release, please DO NOT apply this update if the repository had EASchema_1220_SQLServer_Update1.sql applied.
