Q1:Database Migration Issue

Description

Prolaborate schema error while trying to perform a backup via Prolaborate service manager.

Resolution

- If you are getting this error, check the database table.
- The Migration might not work properly if tables are added manually directly to the database.

Troubleshooting steps

Step 1: Stop the Prolaborate service
Step 2: Go to the Prolaborate logs folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\Prolaborate Logs and delete the log files from all the folders
Step 3: Go to the Prolaborate Service Management folder - C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\Prolaborate Logs\Service Management Logs and delete the log file.
Step 4: Set the logging level to “info” in Prolaborate Service Management
Step 5: Try to take the backup in Prolaborate Management
Step 6: Go back to the above folders again and share the log files that are created
