FAQs - Multi Factor Authentication

Q1 I found that when I left MFA feature not enabled on the beginning there is no option to enable it form general settings page – it not appears on this page.

Answer

Hi <Customer>,

Thank you for the update.

We would like to clarify that there are no adjustments needed in the configuration files. If you didn't enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during your initial login, you can activate your personal MFA by navigating to My Profile > Security > Multi-Factor Authentication.

For Super Admin users looking to enforce MFA for all Prolaborate portal users, please proceed to General Settings > Security.

To learn more about Multi-Factor Authentication in Prolaborate, you can refer to our documentation here. If you encounter any difficulties enabling MFA, we kindly ask you to provide us with a screenshot or a brief video illustrating the issue. This will aid us in addressing the matter promptly.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need additional clarification.
