Q1: Heatmap visibility issue in Prolaborate.

Description:

The Customer is experiencing an issue with the visibility of the heatmap in the prolaborate diagram. They note that while hovering over lines in the filter menu, the heatmap appears in bright colors, but otherwise it appears mixed and blurry. They're seeking guidance on how to consistently display the heatmap in bright colors and are also inquiring about hiding the first level.

Troubleshoot steps:

1. Identify the issue: The visibility of the heatmap is not as expected, with level 1 appearing blurred.

2. Identify the cause: The fill color option for level 1 has not been set.

3. Proposed solution: Ensure that the color is filled for level 1 to make it appear prominently in the label chart.

4. Clarification: It's noted that the feature doesn't allow hiding the level 1 option.

When hovering over the information of level 2 in the legend, it appears brighter because it denotes the level 2 and its colors 

Please ensure that the color is filled for level 1 so that it appears prominently in the label chart.

Furthermore, it is not possible to hide the level 1 option.
