Q1:Cloud connection issue while trying to connect using Enterprise Architect
Description
The customer has reported database connection error while trying to connect to the cloud using Enterprise Architect.
Resolution
- End EA by clicking on 'Exit Enterprise Architect'
- You can also try ending the Enterprise Architect application in the services section of the Task Manager
First Response – Troubleshooting steps
Based on the screenshot provided, it seems that the issue you are experiencing is related to a network problem. We recommend that you exit Enterprise Architect and relaunch the application.
In case you encounter difficulty closing EA by clicking on 'Exit Enterprise Architect', you can also try ending the Enterprise Architect application in the services section of the Task Manager, please follow these steps:
Step 1 Press 'Ctrl+Shift+Esc' to open the Task Manager
Step 2: Go to the 'Services' tab
Step 3: Search for 'Enterprise Architect' and select it
Step 4: Click on the 'End task' button
Once you have ended the Enterprise Architect application, please launch EA and see if the issue has been resolved, also make sure you have a stable network connection between the cloud Model and EA.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that there is no need to change your password as the error you are experiencing is not related to any password issue.
